After ten years at Ropes & Gray in Boston, and six years as founder and Chairman of the Health Law Department at Drinker Biddle in Philadelphia, Michael Beautyman founded the law firm of Beautyman Associates with offices initially in Philadelphia and Boston, and then in Flourtown, PA and Braintree, MA. The firm grew to 16, and then became Beautyman Alvstad, LLP, after Stephen Alvstad became a partner of the firm.
