Germantown Cricket Club

Founded in
1854, The Germantown Cricket Club is a unique sports and
social recreation environment serving over 750 families and
individual members. Our excellent tennis, cricket, squash,
fitness, swimming, bowling, dining and entertainment
facilities are arrayed on our 14 beautifully landscaped acres.
Our stately clubhouse pictures above was designed and built by
the renowned architectural firm of McKim, Meade, and White in
1891as cricket was coming of age in America. The clubhouse
gained national Historic Landmark status in 1857.

TENNIS
Germantown has played a prominent role in the history of the

several blocks from the Club and played here for many years.
Each summer we host selected USTA Senior Women's and Senior

levels of inter- and intra- club tournaments and leagues,
including a number if Middle States events.
